John Culver is the Environmental Sustainability Director for AdventHealth, one of the largest health care providers in the United States. In the past three years, Adventhealth has built a strategy and made measurable progress toward its pledge to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions 50 percent by 2030 despite initially facing complex challenges including limited data infrastructure and a vast upstream supply chain. John has led emissions reductions initiatives across many arenas including renewable energy development and financing, new construction and facilities management, supplier engagement, and clinical operations.    

John Freeze is the Senior Manager of Campus Operations at AdventHealth’s corporate campus. In his role, John oversees the facilities, security, and materials management teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. John recently played a key role in the successful implementation of a $12M solar project, showcasing AdventHealth's commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Morgan Ruston is a Project Manager for ESA, headquartered in Orlando, FL. Passionate about clean energy and efficient project delivery, she specializes in managing complex timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams on large-scale commercial solar projects. Morgan was the Project Manager for Advent Health’s flagship solar project at their corporate campus.
